Leviev demands Boymelgreen repay $142m

Africa-Israel Investments Ltd. today unveiled an ultimatum in its 2006 financial report to Boymelgreen Developers LLC to repay a $142 million debt within nine days. The debt totaled $110 million a year ago. Shaya Boymelgreen personally guaranteed the debt.

Africa-Israel posts NIS 844m profit for 2006

Africa-Israel posted a net profit of NIS 844 million for 2006, up 30% on NIS 649 million in 2005. Net profit in the fourth quarter climbed to NIS 412 million from NIS 130 million in the corresponding quarter in 2005.
