Delek Auto, Clal Insurance negotiating $80m logistics center

A Delek Automotive subsidiary rents the 65-dunam (16.25-acre) lot, east of Tel Aviv, across the highway from Zerifin, on which the logistics center is located in a lease through 2045. The company also has an adjacent 68-dunam (17.5-acre) lot, currently zoned for agriculture, but parts of which are likely to be expropriated for access roads.
