Gaydamak negotiating to take over Minrav at NIS 500m value

Minrav Holdings Ltd. (TASE: MNRV) and chairman and CEO Avraham Kuznitsky today notified the Israel Securities Authority that he was negotiating to sell the controlling interest in the company to Arcadi Gaydamak at a company value of NIS 500 million.
