Gindi ITowers sells mall to Harel for NIS 120m

Gindi Investment has already leased 80% of the mall at $50-60 per sq.m. to fashion stores, restaurants, cafes, and banks, and at $40 per sq.m. to the anchor stores, such as supermarkets, pharmacy chains and health funds. Leases are for three-five years, with options to extend for three-five years.
