Interior Ministry and the local council Pardes Hanna - currently planners Karkur master plan community development Settlement 2030, through multi-disciplinary team headed by architect Ilan Eisen. The plan will set the land uses and determine the development of colonial settlement in the coming years. Once approved, it will become a binding legal document. In the meantime, the Council invites residents to three meetings, starting next Monday at the club Or in Pardes Hanna, to take an active part in the program, to hear the findings of a survey made and details of the plan assets to raise issues of principle.
